Nicky Coburn is a former Division I athlete at Kansas State University, where she developed strong teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills that have shaped her career. With 14 years of experience, Nicky has had the opportunity to work with respected companies like Google, Apple, and Nike, where she contributed to team efforts in various roles, focusing on creating efficient solutions and improving operations. She has also gained experience in the private sector, working across different industries and adapting her skills to meet the needs of each organization. Nicky has specialized in Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Sales Operations (SalesOps), where she has helped streamline processes and implement strategies aimed at improving business performance. Additionally, her background in Organizational Design and Development has allowed her to support organizations in optimizing their structures and workflows. Along the way, Nicky gained valuable insights during college internships at J.P. Morgan Chase, Honeywell, and IBM, where she learned from industry leaders and further developed her understanding of business and technology. Throughout her journey, Nicky has remained committed to continuous learning and collaboration, always striving to contribute meaningfully to the teams and companies she’s had the privilege to work with. Miles Coburn is a graduate of Hussin University with a degree in Audio Engineering. He has ten years of experience in sales operations, followed by six years in revenue operations. Miles has specialized in improving business performance through data-driven strategies, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. He has worked with various industries to streamline sales and revenue processes, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations he has been part of.
